We have a NO return policy...

That being said..

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will only take an item back for a refund if it is damaged or defective upon receipt and we are notified within THREE days of you receiving the item.

To start a return, for a damaged item you can contact us at plussizeforus@gmail.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
